Evansville Horror Con 2024

We are A MONTH AWAY from Evansville Horror Con 2024 at the Old National Events Plaza, March 2-3, 2024.  The time has come for Booth Numbers and Vendor Set Up Info SO READ THE INFO BELOW CAREFULLY

BOOTHS RULES
Please remember booths this year are LARGER than previous years.  Standard Booths are 8ft x 8ft, and XL booths are 8ft X 16ft in size.  (NOTE THAT TABLES AT THE NEW VENUE ARE 6FT TABLES).  Vendors are permitted to bring extra fold-out chairs, tables, and shelves, provided these additions fit comfortably within the designated booth area. It's important to design your booth layout in a way that allows for easy access and exit - avoid creating an enclosed setup that could hinder movement (DO NOT TRAP YOURSELF INTO YOUR BOOTH).  Vendor booths may not exceed 10ft high. Please be aware that both event organizers and convention center personnel will inspect booth setups. Vendors must adhere to any modifications suggested by these officials to ensure compliance with event guidelines.  (We have attached a preview of the VENDOR room below)  The vendor floor this year will be located on the second floor of the building, with the celebrity area.  Panels, workshops, film festival, game room, etc will be downstairs. As a reminder, the venue does not allow any outside food or food sales from vendors.  NOTE NO VENDOR IS ALLOWED TO TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE VENDOR ROOM CLOSES ON SUNDAY.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS THIS YEAR. VENDORS WHO CLOSE DOWN EARLY WILL BE BANNED FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS
